Terms, Conditions, and Allergens

ALLERGY NOTICE:
– Cake pops/cupcakes contain the following allergens: eggs, milk, soy, wheat.
– Please be aware that all products are prepared, baked, and packaged in a home kitchen where common allergens may be present. Although we use best practices to avoid cross contamination, there is no guarantee that products will be free from potential allergens.
– This food is made in a home kitchen and is not inspected by the Department of State Health Services or a local health department.

PAYMENT:
– A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order.
– Please note: If your deposit is not paid, your order is not secured.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
– Cancellations made one week prior to your requested pickup date will receive a 100% refund.
– Cancellations made within one week of your scheduled pickup may not be refunded.
